Our commitment

Stars Delightful Agency wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What we have done

This site was built with accessibility in mind from the start:

Colour combinations chosen and checked for contrast against WCAG 2.1 AA targets.
Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
A skip link to jump straight to the main content.
Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages placed next to the field, and required fields marked in text rather than by colour alone.
Semantic headings in a logical order on every page.
Touch targets sized at least 44 by 44 pixels.
Animation reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide.

Video and captions

Where video is published on this site, we provide captions. If you find a video without captions, tell us and we will add them.

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded tools — scheduling calendars and payment checkout pages — are controlled by their providers, and their accessibility is outside our direct control. If one of them prevents you from completing something, contact us and we will help you do it another way, by phone or email.
