Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by STARS DELIGHTFUL LLC, trading as Stars Delightful Agency. Individual projects are also governed by the written proposal or contract for that project. Where a proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal governs.

Quotes and proposals

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. A quote becomes binding once both parties accept a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, and price.

Changes requested after acceptance may affect the price and timeline. We will tell you before any change takes effect.

Deposits and payment

A deposit may be required to reserve production dates or begin work. Production dates are not held until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due on the date stated in your proposal. Final files are delivered once payment is complete unless the proposal says otherwise.

Revisions

The number of included revisions is stated in your package or proposal. Additional revisions beyond that number are quoted separately before they are carried out.

Timelines

Estimated timelines are given in good faith and depend on timely feedback, approvals, and access from your side. Delays in feedback move delivery dates accordingly.

Ownership and usage rights

Until payment is complete, all work remains our property. On full payment you receive the usage rights set out in your proposal — typically full rights to use the delivered work to promote your own business.

We retain copyright in our work and the right to display it in our portfolio and marketing, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You confirm that any logos, images, text, or other material you supply to us is yours to use.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access and permissions, and any required location or venue approvals.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy and in your proposal.

Results

We apply professional skill and experience, but we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue figures, follower counts, rankings, or advertising performance. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, offer, and operations.

Third-party platforms

Advertising and social platforms set their own rules, fees, and approval processes. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting an ad, changing its algorithm, or suspending an account.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
